Op verzoek hierbij het patroon van de granny squares die ik nu aan het maken ben. Ik heb ook een aparte pagina gemaakt waar je dit patroon kunt terugvinden. Die pagina vind je helemaal bovenaan.
1. Haak 4 lossen en maak ze vast met een halve vaste
2. Haak 4 lossen
3. Haak de Cluster Stitch: sla de draad om de naald, steek de naald in het midden van de vier aan elkaar gehaakte lossen (punt 1), sla de draad weer om de naald, trek de draad door de steek (je hebt nu drie steken op de naald), sla de draad om de naald en trek de draad door 2 van de 3 steken op de naald, sla de draad opnieuw om de naald, steek de naald opnieuw in het midden van de vier aan elkaar gehaakte lossen (punt 1), sla de draad weer om de naald en haal de draad door de steek (je hebt nu 4 steken op de naald), sla de draad om en trek door 2 steken op de naald (je hebt nu drie steken op de naald over), sla de draad weer om de naald en trek de draad door de drie overgebleven steken op de naald. Doe dit vervolgens nog 6 keer en haak tussen elke Cluster Stitch een losse. In totaal heb je hierna 7 Cluster Stitches gehaakt. Soms is het een beetje lastig om ze allemaal in de kleine cirkel te haken, maar met een beetje wringen past het echt.
4. Je bent nu bij het rijtje met vier lossen van punt 2. Haak 1 stokje en maak deze met een halve vaste vast aan de 3e losse van de eerste vier lossen.
Je hebt nu een cirkel en je gaat verder in dezelfde kleur.
5. Haak tussen elke Cluster Stitch twee stokjes en daarna een losse totdat je de cirkel rond bent. In totaal haak je dus acht keer twee stokjes en daartussen haak je een losse. Je eindigt met een losse die je vastmaak met een halve vaste aan de bovenkant van de eerste van de twee stokjes. Je hebt dan weer een cirkel gehaakt.
6. In de eerstvolgende steek verander je van kleur. Dat doe je door de naald door de volgende steek te doen. Je haalt dan niet de kleur waar je mee haakte door de lus, maar een nieuwe kleur. De twee draden maak je met een dubbele knoop aan elkaar vast.
7. In de opening - die nu als het goed is onder de steek zit waar je naald in zit - haak je twee stokjes.
8. Haak een losse.
9. Haak in de volgende opening drie stokjes, twee lossen en dan weer drie stokjes. Je hebt nu een hoek gehaakt.
10. Haak een losse en haak in de volgende opening drie stokjes. Haak daarna weer een losse.
11. Haak weer een hoek, dus drie stokjes, twee lossen en weer drie stokjes.
12. Haak een losse en haak in de volgende opening drie stokjes. Haak daarna weer een losse.
13. Haak weer een hoek, dus drie stokjes, twee lossen en weer drie stokjes.
14. Haak een losse en haak in de volgende opening drie stokjes. Haak daarna weer een losse.
15. Haak weer een hoek, dus drie stokjes, twee lossen en weer drie stokjes.
16. Haak een losse en haak in de opening een stokje in de opening waar al twee stokjes in gehaakt zijn. Als je dat gedaan hebt haak je de drie stokjes aan de bovenkant met een halve vaste aan elkaar vast.
17. Vervolgens haak je weer twee stokjes in de onderliggende opening. Je gaat dan op dezelfde manier de cirkel weer rond. Dus in elke opening drie stokjes gevolgd door een losse. Alleen in de hoeken doe je twee keer drie stokjes, met daartussen twee lossen. Aan het einde doe je precies hetzelfde als de ronde hiervoor. Alleen knip je de draad af en maak je een knoop na de laatste halve vaste.
Als je helemaal rond bent heb je vervolgens - als alles goed is gegaan - de square die ik heb gehaakt.

So here's the pattern of the granny square of this blanket that I'm making right now. If you have any questions, please let me know! Here's how it goes:
1. Crochet four chain stitches and join them together with a slip stitch.
2. Crochet four chain stitches.
3. Now you'll make your first Cluster Stitch. If you like to see how that works, click here. Here's the description:
* Wrap the yarn around the hook
* Insert the hook in the hole in the middle of the first four stitches (as under 1.)
* Wrap the yarn around the hook
* Pull the hook back through the hole, you now have three 3 stitches on your hook
* Wrap the yarn around the hook again and pull through 2 stitches. Now you have two stitches left on your hook
* Wrap the yarn around the hook again and (again!) insert the hook in the middels of the first four stitches (as under 1.)
* Wrap the yarn around the hook and pull it back through the hole. Now you have four stitches on your hook.
* Wrap the yarn around the hook again and pull through 2 stitches. Now there will be three stitches left on your hook.
* Wrap the yarn around the hook again and pull the yarn through all three stitches that are left on your hook.
Got that? That was your first cluster stitch!
4. Now, just repeat the cluster stitch 6 more times, so that you've made 7 cluster stitches in total.
5. You are now at the beginning of the circle where you've made the chain of four. First, just crochet a double crochet, then insert your hook in stitch number 3 of the chain of four (that you made under 2.) and attach the double crochet with a slip stitch to the chain of four. This will count as cluster stitch number 8. The circle is now finished.
6. Now crochet two double crochet in between every cluster stitch. Between every double crochet you do one chain stitch so that there is an opening in between the two double crochet. Because there are 8 cluster stitches, you will crochet 16 double crochet in total. When you've finished the circle you must end with a chain stitch. You can attach the chain stitch to the first double crochet of the circle.
7. Now you'll have to change colour. Just insert the hook in the next stitch and pull the new colour through the stitch instead of the first colour you've used.
8. Underneath the stitch that the hook is in right now, you'll see an opening. In that opening you crochet 2 double crochet.
9. Crochet one chain stitch and then crochet 3 double crochet in the next opening. Because this is the corner of your square, crochet two chain stitches and then crochet 3 double crochet in the same opening. Now you've made your first corner.
10. Crochet one chain stitch and in the next opening just crochet 3 double crochet again, followed by one chain stitch.
11. You're now in the next corner, so crochet 3 double crochet, two chain stitches, 3 double crochet and one chain stitch.
12. Crochet one chain stitch and in the next opening just crochet 3 double crochet again, followed by one chain stitch.
13. You're now in the next corner, so crochet 3 double crochet, two chain stitches, 3 double crochet and one chain stitch.
14. Crochet one chain stitch and in the next opening just crochet 3 double crochet again, followed by one chain stitch.
15. You're now in the next corner, so crochet 3 double crochet, two chain stitches, 3 double crochet and one chain stitch.
16. Now you're at the start where the two double crochet are. Just crochet another double crochet in the same opening as where the two double crochet are so you'll have three in total. Then just attach them by making a chain stich on top of the next double crochet.
17. Now you've finished the first round. The next round is exactly the same as the first one, the only difference is that there are two sets of 3 double crochet between the corners. In the round before you had one set of 3 double crochet between every corner. So I think you can manage this one without a clear description. If not, just let me know!
